I am amazed :)
1/ White label? Super easy! I did embed an event to Wordpress page. Simply with iFrame. You can use it in elementor as well with Embed html code widget and I believe in probably every page builder. Nice. It took me approx. 0 seconds to do that.
2/ how easy is to create an event in ViewStub dashboard?. First I had some complaints when I tested the platform. I am still sometimes confused how to navigate when I am inside ViewStub dashboard – but getting used to it :) And to create event is really easy and fast. It takes under a minute (if you already have descripction text and pictures).
3/ Support. People from company seem to be very supportive and helpful. I tested the platform before I bought it and they answered my questions as soon as possible, considering different timezones.
4/ did I mention White leabel :))?
I should mention, that after I redeemed the code, white label wasn't aavailable. I contacted them on Facebook and they explained it takes a while... After a few hours White label was there. great!
5/ Streaming. I already did only a minor short test of virtual event. Cameras to Blackmagic design to OBS Studio on mac and from that connect to ViewStub. So the main horse / connector to ViewStub is OBS. I never used it, never needed, as I am using BlackMagic hardware. But explanations on both ViewStub and OBS web pages were clear enough to me, so setup was done in about two minutes and voi-la, I was streaming :).

I do recommend this deal for sure.
Now my hopes are that we will be able to translate the platform and emails to different languages soon ;)

The software is fantastic. Must-have for anyone does live events themselves. Many features were improved during the deal on AppSumo so the support team listens and responds very well. A couple of things that I would like changed is the white labeling functionality. If the ticket is free, I would like there to be an option to let the viewer immediately join the event and not require an email/name. It can be a bit tedious and repetitive for an attendee to enter this information repeatedly if I have multiple events running, and they have to enter this information manually each time. Maybe have a cookie saved to the browser after they checked out once for the website so next time they buy a ticket on the website it saved their name/email. Second critique is when an attendee purchases a ticket it gives you an access code and every time you refresh or revisit the page you have to reenter this code. Would be nice if it saved it as a cookie in the browser as well. Great experience so far. Hoping for great things with viewstub!

I started to set up my first event and got stuck in the process. I had a lot of questions and initially sent a message to support, saved the event and walked away. I got an email from Dylan who followed up on the event that I did not complete. He encouraged me to schedule a call with Kelly who had reached out to me shortly after I signed up for the account. Today I met with Kelly and Dylan. They answered all my questions and offered tips and I am feeling confident. I really like the features offered. My case use is film screenings/film festival. I do not want the films streamed direct to Facebook. I can use the white label option and stream to my own website. I have work to do but I know how to set up the event successfully now. Recommending View Stub for the platform and service.

You're not supposed to start with negatives, but here I go: the only issue I find with ViewStub is the UI to a certain degree, but cosmetics are very easy to fix. That's about it.

On a plus side, the features they have are great, and the switch to the new servers make this a very potent platform. The numbers, in terms of participants, and fees..a no-brainer. It will take a while to get used with the interface, but combined with Onestream for example, and scheduling - this can easily be placed behind a membership portal and you have your own event platform.

There are bells and whistles I would like to have, and they are working on some of those. My review is a bit influenced by the fact that I have tested VS before they launched on Appsumo, and I truly like their team and how they communicate with customers.

I look forward to their internal video conferencing solution, but even as is - bringing a different app into it, is truly powerful..because it does not limit users to a SINGLE video conferencing app.. Also, if you set it up right, this can be an online school, a multi-cam event, etc..
