The software is fantastic. Must-have for anyone does live events themselves. Many features were improved during the deal on AppSumo so the support team listens and responds very well. A couple of things that I would like changed is the white labeling functionality. If the ticket is free, I would like there to be an option to let the viewer immediately join the event and not require an email/name. It can be a bit tedious and repetitive for an attendee to enter this information repeatedly if I have multiple events running, and they have to enter this information manually each time. Maybe have a cookie saved to the browser after they checked out once for the website so next time they buy a ticket on the website it saved their name/email. Second critique is when an attendee purchases a ticket it gives you an access code and every time you refresh or revisit the page you have to reenter this code. Would be nice if it saved it as a cookie in the browser as well. Great experience so far. Hoping for great things with viewstub!
