i purchased you product but it doesnt do what its supposed to do (write simple reply at Appsumo's Question. it added in my chatgpt multiple chats but none got answered both in your Viinyx extension and in the chatgpt's web app. it counted as error in chat gpt and no answer in viinyx extension.

I have premium subs on chatgpt and gemini. so it wont be a problem with the free limitation.
i have activated the viinyx extension. its up and running, so its not the activation/limitation on your free usage too.

my question before i asked for a refund are:
1. is there a problem to use the newer version of chatgpt because in viinyx it says chat gpt 4.xx and not 5?
2. is it not usable with gemini newer version as well?

because its confusing, the vinnyx ext. hasnt been able to do the simplest thing.
