hakQ: Why it still asks me to upgrade to paid plan?
I purchased the deal and added the Chrome extension. Now, whenever I start a query by right-clicking, it requires me to upgrade. The app shows promise, but it has some bugs.

Did you ever get an answer? I encounter the same problem but no answer from Viinyx.
They won't listen or fix your issues. I refunded without any regret. It is a golden rule: if the service provider doesn't answer in less than 12 hours, don't waste your time and request a refund, even when the app is exactly what you are looking for and the investment cost is affordable.
