I bought 10 codes and have mixed feelings about this product considering it worked at first, now doesn't. It has been really hard getting customer support or even technical support. I often felt that they did not exist over the years as we are on different times zones. I really want this product to work as I have big plans for it consisting of its own Roku channel, advertising revenue, and growing it (https://www.awardz.quest). Yet, it has all come to a halt with one 988MB video file of a documentary I made of film/tv extras. All the other videos uploaded, but this one won't. I have not tried uploading any other videos. I wish someone could make it work; otherwise, I demand a full refund, thank you.
