First, I really like this idea. I have online courses and host my videos through Vimeo. I bought this to hopefully replace Vimeo. It doesn't have as many features as Vimeo, but for the price it can't be beat. I put up some of my videos onto Viqeo and then embedded them on one of my platforms (this one I used Vonza, which some of you may have purchased here). It integrated seamlessly. The white label branding was nice and the look and feel of it was good to go. The speed of the playback was great.

But...,
It does need a feature to make it so that students can't fast forward. I have government clients that make this a requirement, so I'll use it to store videos where this isn't a requirement. I'm hoping they add that in there fairly quickly.

Also, the server is in Russia. The developers have made it clear they are transferring this to the USA. I hope this happens soon. I do have mixed feelings about using a system based out of Russia. It's not the developers fault about current events, I get that. But, I do have government clients that would have a conniption fit over this, so I'll have to have two locations for videos. For these two reasons, I'll give it four tacos, but this can easily be 5 if it weren't for those two issues.
