I left a 5-star review 2 weeks before along with some questions but I never received any response to those questions. So, I am repeating the same writing once more here and waiting for your response: Out of whatever social analytics platform I am seeing these days, this is the best designed and most stable tool amongst all of them. I love the way it displays more data in one single screen. The stats sorting, filtering, speed, performance ... everything is cool. but I do have complains. Being said ViralStat, I don't understand why it's limited to videos only? I want to see it as the full-fledged alternative of Buzzumo or NewsWhip ( at least for Facebook ) You already have Facebook API, then why can't you start tracking links, gifs and images as well ? It will justify your name ( ViralStat) more precisely. Few suggestions for the current version: 1. For content media strategist, it's important to predict the TREND, not just analyze the past. And hence you should introduce "Statistics timeframe" for minimum 1 hour and 6 hours etc. as well. BuzzSumo and NewsWhip already have this. Currently, the minimum is 1 day. Hope you get my point. 2. Isn't there a way to detect/filter videos/content which was "sponsored" or had been promoted through ad? 3. What's the maximum time range to see the stat 1 year or 10 years? 4. Suppose I see stats of a channel - https://viralstat.com/yt/p/UCcYzLCs3zrQIBVHYA1sK2sw but I currently don't an option to export this data in .pdf or the other format. Are you working on this feature? Will it be white-labeled? Thank you.
