I opted to upgrade because I had a detailed discussion with the Virtlx team on the QnA tab. The price is reasonable considering the additional underemphasized features not really mentioned in the deal page or campaign video, but they come with either license.

If I use the platform effectively like their enterprise clients, it's hidden💎.

If not, I could at least use it to send automated reminders, either by text or emails, to clients before the quarter ends to collect invaluable feedback without a recurring subscription to something like Survey Monkey.
