Hi Sandra, after reviewing this further with my team, I do see what the situation was. It appears you did not sign up using the approved appsumo link provided by appsumo, but instead went directly to VSS and created an account through our site which is why this issue occurred.

They then needed to delete the account you created (since only accounts going through the specific process provided and dictated by AppSumo is allowed the ability to receive this promotion.

However it does appear the team has been assisting you in the process to correct this sign up mistake.

This unfortunately is not something we could avoid since you had signed up skipping the appsumo provided link to sign up.
