Q: Spanish and Mailchimp or Activecampaign Integration Hello Rachel I think the tool has enormous potential.
In my case (and surely many too) we need to be able to edit the Project in Spanish.
And another question. If I have thousands of clients in my database. Is there the possibility to send the invitation to the project through Mailchimp or integrate it with Active Campaign (directly or through Zapier or Webhooks) so that the Mobile Crew is sent in an automated and personalized way to those who meet a certain requirement?
Thank you!
Hi Leandro,
Thank you very much! And thanks for the suggestions, too. To follow up:
We've added the ability to type in the subjects of data fields in the Custom Uploader, to allow for different languages to the User Suggestions in our Roadmap https://trello.com/b/pWcVFNsu/editmates-public-roadmap 🚀 so if that gets enough votes, that's definitely something we'll be exploring. Feel free to vote for it! 🙌
And as far as editing the actual video project (if that's what you're asking), we do have Spanish-speaking video editors as part of our Video Editing Service, so we can certainly do that.
For Mobile Crew, we don't have any CRM/email marketing integrations yet but there are 2 few things you can do currently that would be a solution for you:
- you can export a CSV file of your email list and drop it in the Mobile Crew box. This will populate the box with all of those emails and allow you to send a Mobile Crew Invitation to everyone.
- you can also just craft an email campaign within MailChimp or Active Campaign or whatever provider you're using and in the email just include the URL link to your Uploader and the project #hashtag. The reader can then click the Uploader link and upload videos which will then land in your project on the EditMate Dashboard.
Hope that's helpful! 🙂
Hi Rachel, in my opinion it's crucial to have the option to translate the custom messages in the uploader and any other text field, mail-content etc.
If so, I would easily buy 3 codes - but I can't present an all german speaking audience all the content on their side in a foreign language. A lot of people would probably understand what to do, but it wouldn't be trustworthy.
If the colors for every item can be changed, it shouldn't be too hard to make also the text fields editable, should it?
P.S. I already voted this up on your Trello roadmap
Good to know! 🤩 Thank you for your feedback, and thank you for voting for that new feature on our Roadmap!
