Q: Hello!
I absolutely LOVE this software, but am having a small issue understanding it fully.
I'm seeing a pattern that I just don't know how to interpret. Can you help, please?
On the Visitors page, I'm seeing durations like 5m 42s, etc. They seem long enough for a random visitor to be browsing my site (as opposed to a short bot/crawler visit). However, when I click on the eyeball icon to open the customer journey, I get a different story. I still see the total visit duration as 5m 42s, but in the page history, it shows they were on my root homepage for 1s with a scroll depth of 0%. From the page history, it looks like a bounce, but from everywhere else, it looks like they spent 5m 42s on my root page.
Am I to interpret this as a bounce? I'm very confused to see 5m 42s one place and 1s and 0% scroll depth in another.
Wondering also if this is indicative of bots / crawlers visiting my site.
Do you have any input on this, or any advice on how to interpret this?
Thank you very much! Love the product!

Some things to note:
- Duration can be wrong sometimes, we need to implement a better way of tracking it but it's not always reliable on every device.
- Scroll depth if not tracked will still show as 0%, so if it's not tracked we are planning on showing that in the app that it wasn't able to be tracked.
- We block a large number of bots from showing in the Visitors feed, but some still slip through. We're constantly adding to our block list though so you'll see less over time
Best,
