Q: how come you dont allow to cancel trial accounts?
i got the trial acount to test out the tool, i had to enter the card info. and guess what no way to remove that??!! i contacted via the contact form, no response in 3 days. please cancel my accoiunt, reply to my email

Mar 11, 2026A: You cancel the trial account by going to your profile and clicking cancel... You can also remove your card there
I responded earlier today though and we canceled your trial from our side.
