Q: Is Scroll Depth accurate?
Around 90% of my visitors show a Scroll Depth of 0%. I'm not sure if they really haven't scrolled down or if the data is inaccurate.

It seems much more accurate on my side (probably about 80% get tracked and have a value above 0), but if I see 0%, I'd assume it's either untracked or someone bounced. Maybe if it says 0% we'll just hide it.
