Q: Unable to reach support
I am trying to reach support via the web form but it is giving me an error:

Aug 23, 2026A: This has been fixed and we apologize for the delay!
Our upstream email provider recently experienced a data breach, which resulted in our account being temporarily suspended and made our contact form not work. We had to work through their reinstatement process, but everything is now back up and running normally.
