A: Maybe in the future but to be honest we have a good number of other features & optimizations in the pipeline that are higher priority

We send emails to prospects and would like to track which pages they visit on our website when they click through. For example, can we see if John clicked through from an email, visited page x and y, and then left the site? So we can follow up with phone calls to emails tailored to interest based on page visits. We would still use GA4, and I'm aware that passing user data in UTM violates personal information laws. But I'm hoping there is some way for us to connect the dots with this solution.
It appears that your tool is identifying the same user as four distinct users. This is occurring despite the fact that the user is utilizing the same browser, IP address, and continuing within the same session without closing any windows. The only variable is the "source" value. When can you guys fix this? Thanks for the replying in advance.
