A: Technically it run into 2 issues

1) On Instagram you can't message just anyone. Any time you want to message someone you have to ask for a permission.

2) Any automation is technically a violation of social networks terms. Users (and tools) aren't supposed to automate things. This can get users shadow banned and tools suspended.
