Q: Hi Vista Social Team I am currently using CloudCampaign as an agency where I can whitelabel the software and resell it as my own.
1. I noticed you offer whitelabel and since you are offering 80 social accounts, I am assuming we can resell, but I haven't seen that wording anywhere. Can you clarify please?
2. Is there a limit to having different Brand Accounts?
3. If we resell to a client, can a client log in and only see their brand and no others?
4. Are we limited to a certain number of Brand Accounts? Or are you doing limitations only by SM connections?
5. If we use all 80 SM connections, what is the charge to have more?
6. When reselling, can new clients sign up themselves, or do we need to manually create an account for each client?
7. If you could take a moment to look at Cloud Campaign's website and lmk if there is something they are offering that you are not? Or vice-versa, something you're offering that they are not?
8. Are your help docs white labeled or branding free?

1. We don't offer reselling. You can whitelabel the PDF reports
2. No limit on profile groups (how you can organize different profiles for separate brands or business locations)

4. Not sure what you mean here? As per #2, no limit on profile groups, but there's a limit on quantity of social profiles you connect.
5. Each additional social profile costs $5/mo after the 80.
6. While we don't offer reselling, if you want to invite a client for collaboration/approvals, you'd either invite them as a team member or send them a shared calendar link instead.
