Hi VistaSocial, You can enable an upgrade plan for those who purchased on AppSumo. You just need to enable this option to your AppSumo purchasers. Some apps offer this ability to upgrade only to Appsumo purchasers to upgrade even after the LTD has ended for everyone else. It's not up to Appsumo to allow the upgrade for VistaSocial for those who already purchased but upto VistaSocial. Can you enable this option for those who didn't upgrade to the higher tiers. There could be various reasons why they didn't upgrade including they didn't have the money at the time or were just testing things out.
