They've completely blown me away with recent features like DM Automations (yeah!) and an amazing new Inbox! Support team is absolutely fantastic (Reggie, Humberto, Mike - some of the folks I've been helped by). Lightning quick replies, no nonsense, always a solution, always an advice!

I purchased Appsumo license 24 months ago and it has been a great experience. This is one of those finds on Appsumo where an amazing product is selling a lifetime licence. If you find it, and you are working with social media one way or another, just get it. What's also amazing is that they released so many new features that I am using daily (i.e. AI assistant, new integrations,, new inbox, etc). Support is absolutely great. I always get responses fast. I've read some reviews here about lagging customer support - from my experience, it's quite the opposite. They are on point. As far as people reselling their LTD licenses and getting cancelled for that: I am a business owner and it's only natural to have that on your terms and conditions. It's obvious that your service cannot be resold unless clearly stated by the company. Terms of Appsumo are pretty straight forward, you can't resell your licenses. And at the end of the day its common sense.
All in all, a great product that I use daily. 🙌🏻
My account was canceled because I was accused of reselling without a proof.
My two top-tier accounts were terminated for allegedly reselling and violating the terms. Despite providing invoices, account screenshots, and all necessary details, the only response I received from customer support was that the license revocation could not be undone.
I am frustrated with this app because they are not listening. I regret giving them positive reviews on Capterra and G2 two years ago and am now looking for ways to remove my feedback from these platforms. This has been my worst experience ever. After two months of investigation, AppSumo offered me a coupon code to help ease my frustration. I am not upset with AppSumo, as they handled a difficult situation well, but Vista Social did not.
