I’m deeply dissatisfied with the level of support and accuracy provided by Vista Social. Despite their claims of being pioneers in the social media management space, they seem to struggle with ensuring that their most critical features function properly. I have been unable to upload stories using their platform.

Having worked with them for a month, I have yet to see the resolution of the issues I’ve been facing. I continuously receive assurances that the problem has been fixed, only to find myself running into the same roadblocks each time I try to use it.

The response time from their support team leaves much to be desired. For software that prides itself on managing social media channels, one would expect them to prioritize fixing a feature integral to its service. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been the case.

In my experience, this software has been all talk and no action. The hype they’ve built around their product does not correlate with the results.
