Believe it or not, if you schedule a regular email report, it CANNOT BE DELETED OR EDITED. So if you ask it to send a report every Monday, the only way to amend it or edit it is to MANUALLY go through the calendar and one by one delete each instance of the email for eternity. Sucked in if you send it to multiple team members because each one is a new calendar entry for you to manually delete! For eternity 😂
When you ask for help you’re told your feedback is important but there’s nothing they can do on their end.
Of course there’s no warning of that when you schedule a report so it’s essentially begging you to delete your account. Which I highly recommend. If it wasn’t past the deadline I would be absolutely asking for the money back.
