Q: copyright issues
When we design a magazine using this tool and use the images, icons, and elements available within it, are they for commercial use so that we can sell this magazine without facing copyright issues? Please provide us with the link that supports these details so we can use it as a reference.
**I want to confirm that I will selling the magazine on websites like Amazon and I do not use your templates.

Dec 30, 2024A: Hi, and thank you for your question! Yes, you are free to use your design projects for commercial purposes, as long as you modify the assets you use from VistaCreate.
To clarify, while you cannot sell the original materials provided in Creative Assets (such as images, icons, or templates) as they are, you can freely sell your final design as long as you make modifications to those assets. This includes actions like changing the font, applying masks to images or videos, cropping, or rotating elements, changing colors, removing backgrounds and etc. By making these modifications, you turn the original asset into your own creation, which you can then use commercially.
For further details, please refer to our License Terms to ensure full clarity on how you can use assets in your designs.
