How many templates can we use?

The single plan says that you can use 1000s of premium design templates. But the product description says "Use 200K+ templates and 70M+ royalty-free assets".

it is a one time purchase of 1000s premium template out of 200K templates? If I already use 1000 templates, I can not use any other template?
