Q: Please, would you clarfy the following sections of your terms of use?
https://crello.com/faq/legal/terms_of_use/terms_of_use/
1. The User has no right to pass, sell, publish, move, reproduce, or develop modified or redone works or use the Site content in any similar way, in part or in whole. Exclusion applies to cases when such permission is clearly and definitely stated in these Terms of Use or any other agreement that comes into effect from the moment when usage of the Site starts (for example, Crello License Agreement).
------------------- What is "Site Content"?
2. Files and other elements of designs presented at the Site are provided to Crello according to the following agreements: (Depositphotos, public copyright licenses and other agreements with authors.
----------------------------------- No idea, about what you are talking there.
============ And from LEGAL -> Licensing -> License Agreements:
3. All Files can be used and re-used for creating Designs on the Site only.
-------------------------------------- Does this mean, I am not allowed to use other software? I only may create designs online on crello?
4. for digital use on your website and other online resources, provided that no Designs of 1280 x 720 or larger resolution will be displayed in digital formats;
----------------------------------- In Webdesign you often need header graphics ( for example) with higher resolution. Is it really all limited to allowed 1279 x 719 px ?
5. in multimedia presentations and for production of video works for any distribution, broadcast performance and/or display, provided that no Designs shall comprise more than fifty percent (50%) of the length of finished work, even if used together with any other images or footage;
--------------------------------- As I understand this, I am not allowed to use a short video, that is made with Crello unless I have added the same time with other stuff? If I would use an animation (video or gif) on a website?
6. You may not: Edit, alter, modify, display, post, print, store, archive and otherwise use Files separately from Designs;
--------------------------- Means?
Thanks in advance for clarification.

Following. This has to be explained before refund period is over.
Sorry, and when you will answer my questions?
You wrote something, but I did not ask für an explanation of "free royality licenses). Is it my lack of english language knowledge or did you really write:
"If a design created by the user does not contain any files with copyright ( images, footages and vector graphics that are free, marked $0.99 or "Premium") he/she can use the designs for commercial purposes"
This means: If a user did not use Crello, THEN only then the user can use the design for commercial purposes?
Well I guess to wait for the answer before buying the deal
I have refunded and not bought many things here I wanted when the creators don't answer questions timely. I think 5 days is way too long to answer these questions. the guy from the Heights was so on it, it once answered a question I posted in nearly real time. That was a big reason he sold out his offer. App Sumo is a partnership, a chance to work with people who use a lot of software. I currently have over 60 tools I am using or have bought, that is quite a lot. I am not sure Crellois properly staffed up to come just yet.
You can use Crello templates for your personal or business projects (websites, social media posts, printed materials, etc.), however, you are not allowed to resell or sub license them.
