Q: Team member added, but...
I added a team member from desktop. Even she approved the invitation, she can not use the pro features on her android. It still says she is on a starter plan. How to solve this?

Please be advised that team account feature are only available on the VistaCreate website and cannot be accessed through the mobile app (iOS or Android). To use the Pro features, your team member will need to log in via the VistaCreate website: https://create.vista.com/login/.

Okay but if she logs in via a website somehow, could she use her Android to use the pro features? No need for team features, just the pro features is enough for her.
Thank you for your question! If her personal account is on the Starter plan, she won't be able to access Pro features, as these are only available through the team account she was added to. She will need to log in via the PC website to access the team account and use the Pro features. Once logged in through the website, she can then access the Pro features linked to the team only.
