Q: Usage policy

I just made the purchase, great deal!
But now I read on a facebook group that you have a usage policy where if I don't access my account for a certain period, I lose my account.... is this true?

A: Thank you for your purchase, and we're glad you're excited about the deal! To clarify, the policy you’ve read about applies to Starter accounts that show no activity for 6 months or more.

However, this policy does not apply to Pro account users. As a Pro user, your account remains active regardless of how often you access it.

Thanks for the clarification Jessica. Please though, can you make this clearer in your T&Cs.
