Usually I create my graphics in Illustrator but I always like to test new ways of improving my workflow to get faster results. Crello has great potential (especially for non-designers).

Things I’m happy about using Crello:
- Clean and intuitive UI
- App can be used in one of 14 languages
- Nice looking design templates
- Size of designs can be adjusted easily to accommodate various formats
- Easy animations for all objects on the canvas
- Custom fonts can be uploaded

Things that could be improved in Crello:
- UI has some minor bugs (e.g. tooltips get cut-off behind other containers)
- Fonts look pixelated (not retina optimized) while editing and also in the font preview of the text settings
- Improve positioning of elements better after changing the size (e.g. object at the top should still be at the top after resizing)
- background images are displayed at “$0.99” even though I can use them for free
- Loading times of objects can be improved (takes quite a while for simple shapes and fonts)
- Add more animation choices (e.g. Fade In) and more options for existing Animations (e.g. Move In from Right or Bottom)
- Show recently opened designs in home screen

Features that I’d love to see in Crello:
- Add branding options for different projects (brand logos, brand color palettes, brand fonts, uploaded fonts assigned to the brand)
- Add more font weights to Google Fonts (e.g. light, medium - not only normal and bold)
- Add SVG image support
- Ability to upload and add music to designs
- Add option to copy-paste style of objects to other objects
- Add option to save my own colors and offer different color shades like for preset colors
- Add native icon support (e.g. team up with Font Awesome)

I purchased Crello without having to think twice. I hope they keep up the good work and improve the app so that it becomes a real time-saver for me one day.
