I really wanted to love this platform. The support has been responsive and I like the data whenever it refreshes. Unfortunately, the reliability of the website data being refreshed has been very unreliable. The support has been replying, saying the problem is fixed or that they identified the issue and it has been resolved - However, every time the website data still does not refresh after more than a week on some and a few days on others. It is important for Sumolings to know that this software feels very much in alpha or beta and many pieces are just getting patched together as they go. I can easily identify this type of thing after buying 700+ software on Appsumo.
