Q: Don't know if I'm missing something, but I bought it only to find out it's the exact same thing that I ...

already had, except for a second team member... I'm suppose to be able to add as many "colleagues" as I want, so they can review... It never worked as expected...

Anyway, since I added it to my existing account, can I ask for a refund without loosing the account I already had?
