I tried sending myself a collaboration link, I opened it on my mobile phone but the page would not load. Just a white page, no redirection.

I develop sites on my local machine. The collaboration link does not seem to work from a local site. Is it possible to collaborate from a local site?

Also, I am confused about the difference between a "user" and a "member"
The deal is mapped to the "Team" plan, yet only 2 users. What is a "user" and what is a "member"?
