Q: Users / Annotations
Hello,
1. I wondering if your product would be a good use for annotation and feedback from website clients for new websites. For example, I use another software that allows clients to leave annotations in specific places on each web page and I read the comments and can reply back and so far. Would this be a feasible use case in you mind?
2. Would you need to be a user to create annotations or could a client make annotations as a "guest" without having to sign up as a user? I do not want clients to need to create accounts as this is another step of friction for them. Would the only way to accomplish this be through making the links public rather than private?

here's how that works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LePCxIocVjk&list=PL5W5Klczg_WP_CCllktp_Q-QHWvULFenx&index=6
2. Today we require them to log-in ( so that they can receive any future follow up replies/notifications via email and in-app ) But you are not the first to request this lower-friction use-case. Please vote for it on our roadmap: https://trello.com/c/Caf2SJNg
p.s. if a client doesnt want to spend just 10 sec's registering for their important feedback workflow..that speaks volumes about them.
