After the initial outcry, the developer has addressed the complaints of users who previously purchased VisualSitemaps Lifetime on Appsumo four years ago, in 2021, and have now been upgraded.
Now, everyone in the Billing Details panel will see the new plan they've been upgraded to: PRO AI plan.
So not only do we get AI support, but Tier 2-3 users also get an increased maximum sitemap size of 4,000 pages (instead of the previous 3,000) and the option to upgrade to the new Tier 4 plan.
I look forward to further ideas and development of VisualSitemaps 👍

Looks like the founders have done the right thing...
I was concerned that my account purchased a few years ago was going to be stuck with no new features and missing out of the AI features that have been added now and the ones coming, and originally it looks like that was going to be the case.
However, today my account has been updated with all the new limits and features.

For now happy again after grandfathering to new Updates and limits.
The ool it’s self is great if you need a quick overview visually of a complex Site. But 3000 Sites was always a bit too less. Now
After initial hiccup early supporter getting also new limits and features. Sadly this happens only after pressure and shoud have been done on the first place. But let’s hope now for the best as the tool is actually great.
