Not useful for Agency Collaberation
This is a very nice sitemap builder with great features, but one very glaring and important problem: No granular access control - it's all or nothing.
So, you paid for unlimited users - great. Are they all working on the same project? Probably not. Can they see and edit all the other projects? Yup.
As a client, wouldn't it be great to collaborate with your agency and directly annotate the sitemap? Great. You can do that. But so can anyone else with access to the account.
There's a feature called "Workspace." You would think that you can create multiple workspaces, right? Nope. Just One. That's right, ONE. Uno. Un. Um. Eins. yī". Ichi. Odin. Wahid. Ek. Bir. Kunye. ONE. And that is where this otherwise wonderful product falls apart. Again, it's an all or nothing scenario for access.
I really hope that real access control is in the works, because this makes it hard for agencies and enterprises to take it seriously even if it does have otherwise solid features.

1. We will be adding fine-grained user controls like project access and crawl limits.
2. Correction- Your clients CAN add their annotations to screenshots without being full-access users.
3. Every workspace is tied 1:1 to a subscription/plan. We have unlimited Projects (folders) to solve the organization needs most seek.
