VIsual Sitemaps worked fine for a while and I might have gotten my money's worth, but 5 months is not a "lifetime". I've been dealing with failed crawls for 3 months now and their support is less than helpful. Their "chat" takes days in between comments --- sometimes more than a week. Their documentation is incomplete per the engineers at Cloudways. All I want to do is whitelist their stupid crawler and apparently they don't know how to provide the information to us to accomplish this.
