Visualsitemaps is OK

If you are desperatly looking for a light website visualizing tool for your site structure and even do some comparison before/after, this tools might help.
The scheduled browsing is a nice feature too.
But do not ask much more than this. It won't help for lost or orphan pages you might have/suspect.
The printing is rather cumbersome if you have a large site. the drawing will display a rake structure instead of "Spoke and Hub" style, so forecast a lot of paper or a magnifiyng tool.

The export will provide csv, json or pdf data but with very litlle extra value such as Depth, URL, page screenshot link, Title and nothing more.

I asked to be refunded because other tools, at higher budget level, give much more added value for this job.

Hi Jean,

Thanks for your candid critique!

>>"But do not ask much more than this. It won't help for lost or orphan pages you might have/suspect."

Today our crawler only finds pages based on links it finds during the crawl that only exists starting from the domain index page or from the URL you wish to crawl.
If there is a random page that is on the server ( an orphan page ) that is not accessible from any other page, it will not find it unless you use our CSV uploader or sitemap.xml crawler ( since those 2 methods have explicit URLs that tell our crawler what to get )

If you choose to use those 2 latter methods, then we do have plans to highlight any orphan pages we find as part of our Tagging system: https://support.visualsitemaps.com/en/articles/5104020-how-to-use-custom-tagsf

>> "The printing is rather cumbersome if you have a large site. the drawing will display a rake structure instead of "Spoke and Hub" style, so forecast a lot of paper or a magnifying tool."

The tree structure ( "rake" ) is a model that we chose to display hierarchy based on the /directory. Currently, we are working on a Parent <> Child structure that will be even more useful, yet still visualized in tree format.

We also have plans to release other charts like forced-direct graphs and starbursts:

https://observablehq.com/@d3/zoomable-sunburst

Printing is a challenge because of the inherent scale of some maps. However, we've seen large-sized prints of our maps come out very nicely with the right printer.

>>"The export will provide csv, json or pdf data but with very little extra value such as Depth, URL, page screenshot link, Title, and nothing more."

We are working on enhancing our reporting to provide a more robust technical audit.
The data is there we just need to organize it.

For example, we will soon be launching Interlinking; https://trello.com/c/R55h5TWE
Which will provide a ton of page-level data.

cheers
