Q: Are 7 Codes the limit or can I stack more on one account? And...

... I don't understand the 1 host and "Purchase more licenses if you need more hosts" part:
Does it mean if I want my assistant to be able to schedule, start and end calls, create breakout rooms, etc. they need to have their own codes but are using my Vivomeetings account?
Or is that all possible as moderator?

I saw I can change the mode while the meeting is running. So I can change from webinar to conferencing mode midway, but if the participants in webinar can be 500 and conferencing only 300 how is that handled?

A: Thanks for your inquiry.
Each account includes one host license. The host is the person who can schedule, start, and manage meetings. If you require more than one host (for example, if your assistant also needs to schedule and start meetings independently), you will need to buy additional codes/licenses.
• Co-host: You can assign a co-host when scheduling a meeting, but only if you’ve purchased additional codes/licenses for them, and follow the redemption instructions to add them to your account.
• Moderator: You can assign any participant as a moderator during the meeting, but you (the host) must first start the meeting before giving this role.
Regarding your question about switching modes:
• Every account includes the built-in Webinar Mode at no extra cost. The number of participants varies depending on your plan.
o Basic Plan (Plan 1): up to 12 participants
o Pro Plan (Plan 7): up to 300 participants
• You can switch between conference and webinar modes during a meeting, but the maximum number of participants still depends on your plan (e.g., 300 on Pro).
• The Webinar 500 with event registration is an optional add-on, included free with the Pro plan. Unlike the standard webinar mode, once you schedule a Webinar 500, it remains locked in webinar format; it cannot be changed to conference mode during the event.

🙏
I understand the Co-host needs it’s own license.
Clarifying questions:
1. is the license tier relevant or can they co-host my 7 also with only 1 license?
2. can I give co-hosts the permission to schedule and start a meeting for me?

Can I start and participate in multiple meetings?
I like to be in one room with my colleagues and one for the bigger meeting.

Can I stack more than 7 codes?

Can I start and participate in multiple meetings? -
+ Answer: No

I like to be in one room with my colleagues and one for the bigger meeting.
+ Answer: You cannot attend two different meetings simultaneously. You need to disconnect from one to join the next.

Can I stack more than 7 codes?
+ Answer - The maximum plan is 7, so you can't add more codes to increase features.

1. You can buy any plan and add cohosts, but they are limited to their plan's features. Plan 1 lacks recording and supports only 12 attendees. If they schedule their meetings, they're restricted to their plan, but if you schedule and invite them as cohosts, they inherit your plan 7 features.
2. They can't schedule meetings for you, but they can start the ones you schedule.
