Q: Clarification on AppSumo Lifetime Deal for Multiple Companies
Dear VivoMeetings Team,
I am very interested in the VivoMeetings lifetime deal via AppSumo (7 codes). I have a few questions before finalizing my decision:
Does the AppSumo lifetime deal also include email panel / email reminders for webinars and events, as listed on your regular pricing page?
Is on-demand recording playback included in the AppSumo deal, or is this an add-on?
Are there any other limitations compared to the regular $38.99/month 500-participants plan (besides the single host restriction)?
I run two separate companies. Am I allowed to use the same AppSumo deal (with 7 codes) for both businesses, or is the license strictly tied to one company/brand only?
I want to make sure I fully understand what’s included and whether it fits both of my businesses before making my purchase.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by “email panel.” If you're inviting participants to meetings and events, our system sends them email reminders 15 minutes before the event. All the features on our website are identical to those available on AppSumo. Keep in mind that you can't add any add-ons to lifetime deals, since they can't be combined with subscription plans.
It's your choice how you use the account, but keep in mind you can only have one company name per account. You can change the name as many times as you want, but you can only use one company name on the account at a time.
