No updates, no answer to my email
Well, apparently they dropped customer service and updates.
I was trying to get in touch with them 2 times, no answer.
- My client are having trouble with the graphic of their (in my opinion OLD) interface, no answer too. (can't see the shared screen and some graphic glitches)
- During the meeting I hosted after having set up the breakrooms I got kicked off due to some error...
I think they are just leaving the platform unattended and unuqdated.
They don't even care to reply.
I will change the review if I see some change.
Otherwise I'll ask for refund.

May 25, 2026We responded to your ticket and requested the information needed to assist you. I am surprised that you would say we didn't respond when we did. You even responded to our questions.
In our response, we mentioned that we only support Chrome and Edge, and that screen sharing does not work on mobile devices. If you were kicked out of a breakout room, it means you clicked the wrong icon. Click "return...

Can' replace zoom or google meet
Unfortunately they missed the biggest feature that can make them a real replace for google meet and zoom, in any plan even the one I purchased 7 codes, you only have one meeting at time, so you can't create two meetings separated even if you have the ability to manage more than 300 attendance. so will make refund : /

Edited Dec 24, 2025You misunderstood how this works. To run concurrent meetings, you'll need multiple devices or co-host/co-hosts to manage the second meeting. This is how Zoom and Google, which you referred to, work (you need a co-host).
You cannot be in two meetings or webinars simultaneously. If you have a co-host, you can schedule concurrent meetings, assign them as the moderator, and they can start and moderate...

Paid for itself with my first client call!
I have tried (and suffered) through a lot of remote meeting app highs and lows, RIP Sessions. I tried the free trial for Vivomeetings a couple years ago, but it didn't have everything I needed at the time to jump on board. After my last several consults ended with no shows and tech issues from other offerings, I decided to give Vivomeetings another try. People would rather no-show than download an app to video chat these days, so the no app/mobile browser join was paramount for me. I purchased 5 codes over the weekend and switched everything over into my workflow quite easily. I did have an issue getting the time translation to reflect properly in Zapier, but figured out a workaround. I just had a consult call this evening and instant sale! My client joined on mobile browser and when I sent the payment link it glitched out switching between tabs so my only suggestion is to add co-browsing webpage ability, or be able to push/share a web page embed. GoBrunch has this feature which I love, but Vivomeetings has a much better mobile browser experience. If Vivomeetings had that feature, it would easily be a 10/10 for me, but still a solid 5 tacos, and I will be maxing out my codes in any case. Thank you for such a solid product!

Excellent product
It is a very nice software. I tried other but was disappointed. Vivo has whiteboard which is very user friendly, you can type or draw diagrams with ease. Camera gives good quality picture and you can record the sessions easily.

Works well, definitely Zoom alternative!
Yesterday was the first day I've used this product and was quite surprised. Did exactly what it was supposed to do. Video quality was great. There is zero need, for me, to pay for Zoom anymore. Easy 5 stars.
