Minor issues/ No Linux support.
I have now been using the product for about a week. So far there has been some audio and video cut briefly before returning to a normal state. I have reached out to Vivo to find out what their roadmap intentions are, and they advised me they have no intent to release an app for the more secure platforms which I think is an incredibly poor choice. More companies and individuals are starting to make the choice to move away from Windows or Mac. This shows me their lack of consideration of an open mind will be this companies downfall leading to a potential failure and closure of their business.

Jul 18, 2024If you are experiencing audio and video issues, it is likely due to your internet connection or bandwidth problems. You asked about a Linux version, and we responded that the software works on browsers and that developing a dedicated Linux version is not cost-effective. Whether you connect via a browser or an app, you still benefit from the same end-to-end encryption, so the idea that using Linux makes it more secure is misguided. Leaving a negative review simply because a Linux version is unavailable is unjustified.
Whether you use an app or a browser is a matter of personal preference. Some people prefer not to download any app, and some providers only offer browser-based solutions. If you contact our support team, they can troubleshoot and help identify the cause of your connection issues.
