No updates, no answer to my email

Well, apparently they dropped customer service and updates.
I was trying to get in touch with them 2 times, no answer.
- My client are having trouble with the graphic of their (in my opinion OLD) interface, no answer too. (can't see the shared screen and some graphic glitches)
- During the meeting I hosted after having set up the breakrooms I got kicked off due to some error...
I think they are just leaving the platform unattended and unuqdated.
They don't even care to reply.
I will change the review if I see some change.
Otherwise I'll ask for refund.

We responded to your ticket and requested the information needed to assist you. I am surprised that you would say we didn't respond when we did. You even responded to our questions.
In our response, we mentioned that we only support Chrome and Edge, and that screen sharing does not work on mobile devices. If you were kicked out of a breakout room, it means you clicked the wrong icon. Click "return to main room" and select whether you want to join a different room. All these videos are available on your YouTube channel under "how to share your screen" and "breakout rooms".
NOTE: If you schedule your meeting in classroom mode, invitees won't be able to share their screens.
