Vmaker Team is Very Willing To Help
I have been using Camtasia to make webcam/screen recordings of guitar videos but Camtasia makes my Macbook Pro very hot and the internal fan runs hard the whole time I use it. I saw Berrycast here on Appsumo and bought it to replace Camtasia. Unfortunately, Berrycast would not record my guitar through my amplifier software like Camtasia does. Then, I saw Sendspark and tried it and it was the same. Then I saw Warm Welcome and it was the same problem too. So now I am trying Vmaker and again it is the same. None of these programs except Camtasia captures the processed audio of my guitar software plugins. I explained to Josh at Vmaker support what was going on and he did a video call over Google Hangouts to see firsthand what he needs to take to his team to make this work for me. The video call was after 1 am in Josh's time zone! He told me that his team will work on it over the weekend and that it should be ready by Monday, and if not, they will continue to work on it to make Vmaker work perfectly for me. That is service! I don't know why someone gave Vmaker such a bad review because it works really well and is super simple to use. You just click on the Vmaker icon, choose screen, webcam, or both and start recording. When you are finished Vmaker instantly uploads and in a few seconds you have a high quality recording that is hosted online that you can share, download, or embed into your Wordpress site or whatever. I think its a super good product and I highly recommend it. Once they get the system audio thing worked out I am going to promote it to all the guitar players I know. Some people want to complain about it but for a screen/webcam recorder with unlimited video hosting it is a steal! Seriously, go get a Vimeo account and see how much that'll cost you! It's 5 tacos from me!!!
