1. Which license tier includes the Customize AI feature? I want to insert my personal avatar. Is that possible?
2. What is the maximum file size I can upload? I noticed a 500MB limit—can you confirm?
3. Can the image, video, and music credits accumulate and roll over to the next month? For example, if I have 20 credits this month and don’t use them, will I have 40 next month?
4. The description mentions "Users." Does this refer to team members, or the ability to create multiple accounts? If it refers to team members, can I assign limited roles, such as editor versus admin?

1. Avatars are currently not a part of the AppSumo deal. We are working on bringing them to the deal soon. But might need a couple of weeks before I reveal updates.
2. 500MB is for the free plan. With any AppSumo tier you will get a upload size of 5GB per file
3. No, there is no roll over for image, video and audio credits
4. Users refers to number of team members added to your workspace. Each plan allows you to create one workspace and the members you can add under the workspace. The limits are set for the workspaces and not the users. You can assign 3 roles - Owner (1 person) who can delete the workspace, admin - who can add or remove users, user.
5. You can download subtitles as srt files
6. We do have a community on slack and facebook but it is still in early stages. We do organize product webinars each week to meet fellow users.
7. Yes, you can follow Vmaker AI across socials. We will also keep you updated via our email communications.
8. We have tested with multiple languages at this point and haven't had any complaints from the users. We have over 600K users from different parts of the world who help understand translation accuracy.
9. Please check with AppSumo team on the upgrade policy. I am not completely sure on the timeline to upgrade the deal. But any point you can reach to our team via support email and we can assist you.
10. CNAME helps you with your own subdomain. When you share your videos you can have a custom sub domain.
11. You get unlimited storage for videos that are rendered. At this moment we don't have a password protect option. But, you can set link expiry or make your video private in one click.
