Q: I created a video using Chrome extension and shared the link to play it on Firefox.
The video never starts.
Does Vmaker require viewers to create account and login, just to view the video?

No, people can watch the video without signing into vmaker.
We experience the issue in case when the video is not fully rendered. While as a creator you see the video screen, the full video will not be rendered and hence the issue pops. It should work post the same.
If you continue to experience the issue, please reach us out via intercom from your dashboard with the video look and we will sort it right away for you.
