Q: Tier 1 & 2 limits and Captions sync
Hi,
you say that the AppSumo plans corresponds to your Teams plan, but Tier 1 and Tier 2 have less than it. Can you go into more details as to what do Tier 1 and Tier 2 plans correspond to? I am most interested in Subtitle translation credits, which are not mentioned at the moment on the AppSumo page. And also if there are some other limits, which are less than your Teams plan or it is only those mentioned on the AppSumo page?
Second, I went to test how your program works in the free version and for our language the auto captions were great even though it's not a major language. But, somewhere at the half of the video they went out of sync (a second before they appear) and I couldn't find a way to resync, or move all the captions/subtitles from that time a second further. Is there a way to do this and how?

To clarify, the AppSumo plan refers to the teams plan on our pricing page - basically every feature listed in the teams plan will be available for the AppSumo plans. But the limits to each plan vary based on the tiers.
For example. with tier 1, 3 users can be added to your workspace. While by our regular pricing model you would need to buy 3 licenses.
The reference is for the feature listing and not the limits. Limits are exclusive for AppSumo.
With respect to the subtitle sync issue, can you help us with the project details. You can email to hola@vmaker.com or reach out to us via intercom support. Our team can help sort this. Need to understand if there were any edits made to the subtitles before I can comment. But pretty sure we can help you with that.

Hi Raman,
I have contacted the support 8 days ago about subtitles sync issue.
On the Intercom I got no answer, asked a moment ago again.
On the mail I got asked if I am “looking to move the subtle manually by selecting it all" to which I have answered that any solution is ok 2 days ago.
Anyways, the project details are: mlziczhashdx0kka (from your system) and at 20th second it goes out of sync.
I am very sorry for the lag in response. I have asked the team to check this on priority. This should be resolved today. If not, please write to lakshmanan@animaker[dot]com and I will personally ensure you get the solution.
