Q: Tier 4 and 5 translation credits
Hi,
Tier 3 roughly corresponds to your Team plan, which you have said that all the Tiers will link to.
Tiers 4 and 5 have much more auto subtitle credits, but the subtitle translation credits remain as your Teams plan on 60 per month.
Can you increase the subtitle translation credits for Tiers 4 and 5, so to make them more attractive to buy?
Right now, I think that two Tier 3 subscriptions are better option to me then Tier 4 subscription.

Lakshmanan_RamanHi there, thanks for checking us out. The requirements for each plan varies based on the user requirements. One of our main focus is to make sure we give access to all features across all tiers and made accommodations based on the same.
In addition, you will also find a higher user limit and export count as the tiers step up.

What bothers me is that Tier 4 has 360 minutes of autosubtitles, with 60 minutes of subtitle translations. I am asking if you increase 3 times autosubtitles, can you also increase subtitle translations?
