Can be compared to other apps used in the past but it has some quirks and tweaks that are advantageous to overall vid production.

I have updated the review from 1 taco to 3 tacos because they are trying, but still a software needs to be better to become more usable to me..

Since I have started using the software I've had a number of issues. The biggest issue you can see in the original post below.

The good thing is that all of the issues I have reported were fixed. For some it took more than a month, some it took a single day. From the communication with the team I see that they are trying to do their best to fix the issues, but some things are simply strange to me how they were not fixed before even coming to Appsumo. For example, in the editor the video looked as the original, but when I downloaded it, the color was washed away. This shouldn't reach someone willing to buy the product in my opinion. This was fixed very quickly.
One I haven't reported is that the subtitles AI was not creating subtitles as they are heard (as it should) but would use synonyms and rephrase the sentences. Hopefull this is fixed by others, I will test it soon.

And there are a lot of user experience issues which I hadn't yet time to report but will report them and hopefully the team will fix them as well and we'll get to the 5 taco review.

During the period of a bit more than one month I have at least 5 times asked the question how can I manually sync/move the captions/subtitles from a certain point in time. Once it was here in AppSumo and other 4 times was in conversation with the support.

I haven't yet received an answer to that question. I haven't received even an attempt to answer that question. And I don't count as an answer “The subtitles will be synced automatically based on the audio in the project.”

And the issue is also not fixed yet. Even though they said it was fixed and told me to download and check in the video, when I checked, it wasn't fixed. The issue is that when I use the option “Edit with AI” the subtitles go out of sync from 20th second, but when I use the option “AI subtitle generation” the captions are correctly synced. Right now they are still trying to resolve this and hopefully they will.

Fixing the issue and the time it takes to fix the issue is not an issue to me.

What concerns me the most is that I ask the same question 5 times and don't get the answer. Any answer is ok. It's not possible at the moment within our software is also ok answer. But ignoring the question 5 times is not ok.

1) I do youtube-videos typically around 10-15 minutes long. the upload-limit is 4GB - sadly i didnt read that beforehand, but this is a dealbreaker. i really dont see the logic of it for a video-maker.

2) couldnt even upload my first video, because i still wanted to give it a try and had a smaller video around 3,5GB - got the message "couldnt upload" several times, then gave up as the upload-limit is too small anyways.

continuous glitches with the video generator, video downloads, the software sort of works-then breaks-very very very slow rendering times--no 60 day trial--I purchased on October 7, 2024--no refund available--not worth it. AVOID this software.

El producto es interesante, pero tiene funcionalidades muy limitadas para las licencias adquiridas a través de AppSumo. Hay otras aplicaciones que dan mucho más por menos.
