I was using this tool for some time now. But, all of a sudden you might end up losing the recording. I recorded a couple of long video of about 30 to 50 mins and end up losing both the time and the recording. No signs of retrieving it back.

I spoke to their support team and they said not to use "Current Tab Recording". The question is if that isn't working then why keep it until you test it thoroughly. Anyway, the next time I tried Full-Window recording and the result is the same. I lost all the hope in this platform and will not dare to try out this platform anytime soon.
