Failed attempt?
I have never left a review before but I feel as though this negative review is worth the time it takes to sit here. Just like many of you, I saw beauty in this possibility of a program.
I haven't gotten what I had hoped. I'll try to make this short - I attempted a couple of short videos to test that it worked - it did. I then recorded an hour and 10 minute training..... then it NEVER rendered fully. I waited overnight to contact support because I know sometimes it can take a long time.
Then, support gave me the run-around. "Josh" told me it hadn't fully rendered because of a "recent update." I never got an answer as to what the issue was (specifically) nor got the answer to my question about whether they would be able to recover my training or not. It's STILL rendering...... (almost 16 hours later).
I hope some soul from the company can respond to this with some words of wisdom about where my training is, whether I can get it back, and WHAT the issue really is.....
Please use caution when purchasing this deal, and go into your first few recordings with the mindset that you'll probably have to do them a couple of times.

I am really sorry that you have to encounter the same. This is the last thing we want our users to experience with the tool.
We are already working on sorting this issue. We are releasing an updated version this Monday and you wouldn't be facing the recording error issue henceforth. I know the glitch would be unacceptable, but for a tool packed with features I would request you to give it a try with the new version and I am pretty sure you will not be disappointed.
