Loads of features, but the team just doesn’t seem to be listening to us- UPDATED REVIEW

Hi would it be possible to change my review too? The reason for the change is in it. The new review is as follows:

Vmaker wasn't very good at the beginning because of how tepid they were at responding to Sumolings, but we did work some stuff out after the call. They seem willing to listen, and to change their deal to more favourable terms after speaking with various Sumolings Who doesn't like a receptive company culture? They've also agreed to remove all the copious amounts of branding on the video landing page.

I spoke to them that a Windows app shouldn't be in their distant roadmap (Q3/4), but instead moved up ASAP because I believe the vast majority of us are Windows users. Using the Chrome extension alone is not fluid enough for our usecases. They also agreed to think about how they will implement this.
They are actually part of a bigger organisation called Animaker with over 50 people working there. I believe they have both the resources and the determination to take this Vmaker to profitability so your investment is pretty much secure.

They have a decent roadmap ahead and have a good number of features that other tools don't like 4k recordings, light editing and more. Again, all these features are considered fluff (for the majority of us) as long as a Windows app isn't developed in time.

I'm giving Vmaker 5 Tacos now because I like to give people second chances, and also because I see now that they are receptive people. To the Vmaker team, I genuinely see great things in your future as long as you stop giving non-answers and under-committing in your replies.
