I didn't wanna do it, but their support isn't responding, so here's my review.
This app is SO buggy, stick with Loom. I have wasted HOURS recording videos that have disappeared, recorded the wrong screen, the app (on Mac) is hiding somewhere, who knows where, where is the dialog box, not behind windows...where did it run off to? Oh maybe the trash. Sorry to this company, but it is SO frustrating for a business owner to spend precious minutes/hours of the day recording instructions for employees, and sensitive information for clients, only to have it disappear.
And when it does work, it takes at least 30 minutes for the video to upload into the system! I'll go have lunch, come back and it's still not allowing playback to verify what I recorded, how about changing the video title? Not for an hour!
This is a complete time waster. Not ready for the heavy lifting that loom handles instantly, nice try, so buggy.

Audio is also choppy and cuts in and out. Where is their support?
